Autocratic:
Autocratic leadership is a leadership style describing by individual control over all decisions and little input from group members. Famous autocratic leaders include Martha Stewartand Donald Trump. A business scenario where this style would be best suited would be factory settings, where safety procedures need to be followed in order to avoid unfavourable situations.
Bureaucratic:
Bureaucratic leadership is a leadership style which follows a close set of standards. For this type of leadership style, the environment of work is considered dangerous, so that there are specific procedures to ensure the safety of the staff.
Democratic:
Democratic leadership is a leadership style which members of the group take a more participative role in the decision-making process. Famous democratic leaders include Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. A business scenario where this style would be best suited would be an advertising company. Having to brainstorm ideas within the team.
Laissez-faire:
Laissez-faire leadership is a leadership style which leaders are hands-off and allow group members to make the decisions. Leaders do keep up with the work by following up, for example, double checking the financial records.
Task Oriented:
Task Oriented is a leadership style which leaders define roles and set goals for themselves and their employees. These leaders help employees understand what is expected of them and then manage their activities to accomplish business objectives.
Team Oriented:
Team Oriented is a leadership style in which a leader of an organisation is more focused on the individuals of the team, that the task may get overlooked.
Transactional:
Transactional leadership is a leadership style which the leader motivates their subordinates by presenting them rewards and punishments.

Transformational leadership is a leadership style in which leaders lead by motivating their followers. Leaders appeal to their followers' ideal and morals to motivate them in accomplishing their tasks.
